Common Issues

Not receiving notifications

Make sure your Slack workspace is connected on your profile page and that notifications are enabled for the types you want to receive (reveals, reminders, votes, comments).

Slash commands not working

Ensure you've connected your Prooflater account by running /prooflater help in Slack. If you see a "Connect Account" button, click it to link your account.

Disconnecting your workspace

Visit your profile settings and click "Disconnect" next to the workspace you want to remove.
