You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

Prooflater and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CODERCOPS. You retain ownership of the claims and content you submit, but grant us a license to display and store it as part of the service.

Claims & Content

Prooflater is designed around accountability and permanence. Claims submitted to rooms are hashed and cannot be edited or deleted after the edit window closes. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that it becomes part of a permanent, verifiable record within that room.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Polar). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your profile data will be removed but anonymized claim records may be retained for room integrity.
